    LOCAL TIME

We run at Greenwich +2 and although South Africa is a large country, we do not practice daylight saving or have different time zones. There is only one time for the whole country so once you have changed your watch to local time you won't have to worry about it again until you get home no matter where you travel to in South Africa.
